Ingredients:

1lb. Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck
- 4 sweet potatoes, pre-baked
- 1/2 medium diced onion
- 1/2 medium diced green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a large skillet, brown the ground chuck. Drain excess fat. Add onion, bell pepper, salt, and pepper. Cook on medium-high heat until tender.
- Add in ketchup, tomato sauce, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, and chili powder. Combine well.
- Bring to a soft boil, then simmer for 10 minutes or until thickened.
- Serve over split baked sweet potatoes.
