Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Nolan Ryan Beef 80/20 Ground Chuck
- 1 lb. 80/20 Ground Pork
- 1 cup Egg Beaters
- ½ cup Whole Milk
- 1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese
- ½ cup Chopped Onion
- ¼ cup Minced Garlic
- 1 cup Flat Leaf Parsley
- 2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp.Black Pepper
- 4 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Martin's Potato Rolls, slider buns
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
Instructions:
- Combine spices, ground chuck, ground pork, egg beaters, milk, bread crumbs, parmesan, garlic, onion, and parsley in a bowl.
- Form 1 inch meatballs, place in a cast iron skillet and bake at 350ºF for 15-20 min until internal temperature reaches 145ºF.
- Spread marinara sauce on buns. Add meatballs and top with provolone. Bake in the oven for 3 min or until cheese is melted.
