-1lb of Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck
-1 bag of frozen mixed veggies
-4 potatoes, baked
-1 tbsp cumin
-1 tbsp Italian seasoning
-1 cup beef broth
-2 tbsp corn starch
-1/2 onion, chopped
-3 cloves garlic, minced
- Brown you Nolan Ryan Beef ground chuck. Drain excess fat.
- Add in onion, garlic, cook until softened
- Add in spices, beef broth, corn starch, and veggies.
- Simmer until sauce thickens.
- Top your baked potato with mixture and enjoy.
