            Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

Ingredients: 

  • 1 lb. Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck, cooked and seasoned. Try our Chorizo Recipe for an extra kick. 
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • ½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 12 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed
  • 12 slices bacon

Instructions: 

  1. Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ground chuck in a large bowl. 
  2. Use a spoon to fill each jalapeño with the mixture. 
  3. Wrap each jalapeño with bacon. 
  4. Grill on low heat until bacon is cooked. 
  5. Serve and enjoy!
