Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck, cooked and seasoned. Try our Chorizo Recipe for an extra kick.

½ cup cream cheese

½ cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

12 jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed

12 slices bacon
Instructions:
- Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and ground chuck in a large bowl.
- Use a spoon to fill each jalapeño with the mixture.
- Wrap each jalapeño with bacon.
- Grill on low heat until bacon is cooked.
- Serve and enjoy!
