Ingredients (Serves 4):
- 2 lbs. Nolan Ryan Top Sirloin
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- Fresh Parsley
Directions:
1. Cube the sirloin into 2-inch cubes. Toss in salt and pepper to your liking.
2. Coat large frying pan with olive oil
3. In parts, sauté the steak cubes in the frying pan. Do not cook all at once, but in batches to cook the steak quicker. Sauté each batch for about 5 minutes until thoroughly cooked. Transfer to serving dish.
4. Use the same frying pan to prepare butter. Add butter, garlic, and Italian seasoning into frying pan and cook until garlic is browning.
5. Coat steak bites in butter mixture and enjoy!
