Ingredients (Serves 8):
- 3-4 lb. of Nolan Ryan Beef Chuck Roast, diced

1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce

3 Tablespoons packed light brown sugar

1 Tablespoon minced garlic

2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger

2 Tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

4 cups small broccoli florets

1/2 cup sliced white onions
Directions:
- Dice the chuck roast into 1 inch cubes. Brown the chuck in a medium pan.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Whisk.
- In a separate pan, cook onion and broccoli in vegetable oil.
- Combine the broccoli mixture with the chuck, pour over sauce, and sauté 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over rice.
