BBQ Cowboy Meatballs

            BBQ Cowboy Meatballs

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 1 hour 

Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck
  • 0.5 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 1 eggs
  • 0.5 cup onions diced
  • 0.5 cup bell pepper diced
  • 0.5 jalapeño diced
  • 0.5 tbsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tbsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tbsp Nolan Ryan Beef BBQ Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 0.13 tsp salt and pepper
  • 0.5 cup cheddar and monterey jack cheese
  • 0.75 cup of BBQ sauce of your choice

 

Instructions:

 

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. 
  2. In a medium bowl, start with your ground beef. Add the bread crumbs, eggs, bell pepper, jalapeno, onions, onion powder, garlic powder, all purpose seasoning, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix them together.
  3. Form 1.5" round meatballs and place in a cast iron skillet or other baking dish. 
  4. Cook your meatballs for 60 min or until internal temperature is 165ºF. 
  5. Remove from oven, and coat with BBQ sauce of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
