            Slow Cooker Short Ribs

Cook Time: 8 hours 

Serves: 4-6


  • 2 lb Nolan Ryan Beef Short Ribs
  • 3 cups of beef broth
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 4 large carrots, chopped
  • 4 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 8oz. baby bella mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp garlic, minced 
  • 1 tbsp Nolan Ryan Beef Steak Seasoning


  1. Season Short Ribs with Nolan Ryan Beef Steak Seasoning. 
  2. In a large skillet, heat oil on medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the short ribs on until brown on all sides. Transfer to large crockpot. 
  3. Add beef broth, onions, mushrooms, celery, carrots, and  tomato paste. Stir contents until well combined. 
  4. Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours, until ribs are tender. Serve over mashed potatoes.
