Ingredients:
- 12 slider buns

1/3 cup Italian dressing
- 4 slices of Provolone cheese
- Banana peppers, sliced
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
For the Roast Beef:
- 4-5 lb Nolan Ryan Beef Chuck Roast

3 tbsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 large yellow onion, sliced
- 5 cloves of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat your slow cooker to low heat.
- Puncture your chuck roast on all sides with a knife or fork.
- Whisk together Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Season the chuck roast with the mixture evenly.
- Place 1/2 of the onion at the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the roast, the garlic, and the other half of the onion.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until beef is easily shredded.
- Transfer the roast to a cutting board and shred the roast with two forks.
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Place the bottom half of the buns in a baking dish. Brush with Italian dressing.
- Spread the beef evenly over top of the buns. Top with banana peppers and cheese slices.
- Place the other half of the buns on top, brush with Italian dressing and sprinkle with Parmesan.
- Bake for 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasty and enjoy!
