Ingredients:
- 2 cups broccoli, removed from stem
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1lb 93/7 Nolan Ryan Beef ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy shipping cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

16oz cooked pasta shells
Instructions:
- Season ground beef with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
- In a separate pan, cook onion, broccoli, and garlic cook until onion is translucent.
- Add the milk, cheese, spices, and heavy whipping cream. Stir to combine until sauce thickens.
- Prepare pasta shells according to packaging. Add in cooked pasta shells to the saucepan.
- Add in the cooked ground beef.
- Top with more cheese and serve.
