Ingredients:

1lb Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck

1 small onion, diced

1 large green bell pepper, diced
- 1 large red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz can of crushed tomatoes
- 1 tbsp cumin
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 16oz can of Dr Pepper
- Shredded cheese, chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- In a medium skillet, add in ground beef, and saute until brown.
- Transfer to slow cooker. Add in onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, garlic, crushed tomatoes, cumin, chili powder, and Dr Pepper. Stir.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Top with your favorite garnishes and enjoy!
