            Shotgun Shells

Prep Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 2.5 hrs

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

For Sliders:

  • 1lb Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck
  • 1 onion, yellow or white, diced
  • 1/2 lb of ground sausage 
  • 1 8oz box manicotti shells
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 1 diced jalapeño 
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce 
  • 1 lb bacon 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven or smoker to 250ºF 
  2. Add Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck, sausage, cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeño, onion, and spices to a bowl. Mix well to combine.
  3. Stuff manicotti shells with mixture. Wrap with bacon. Lightly coat with BBQ sauce. 
  4. Bake or smoke the shells for 2.5 hours or until bacon is crispy. 
  5. Coat shells again with BBQ sauce if desired. 
  6. Enjoy!
