Texas Cheesesteak Casserole

Serves: 8

Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs. Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck
  • 1 red onion, diced 
  • 1 diced green bell pepper 
  • 1 diced red bell pepper  
  • 1 12oz. can cream of mushroom soup 
  • 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese  
  • 6 slices of provolone cheese 
  • Salt and pepper to taste 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF. 
  2. Meanwhile, In a large pan, brown ground chuck. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat. 
  3. Add in onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Simmer about 3-5 min. 
  4. Once veggies are cooked, add cream of mushroom soup, heavy whipping cream, and mozzarella. 
  5. In an 9"x13" baking dish, spread the mixture evenly. Top with provolone slices and bake for 10-15 min or until cheese is melted. 
  6. Enjoy!
