Ingredients:

2 lbs. Nolan Ryan Beef Ground Chuck

1 red onion, diced

1 diced green bell pepper
- 1 diced red bell pepper
- 1 12oz. can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 6 slices of provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Meanwhile, In a large pan, brown ground chuck. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain fat.
- Add in onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Simmer about 3-5 min.
- Once veggies are cooked, add cream of mushroom soup, heavy whipping cream, and mozzarella.
- In an 9"x13" baking dish, spread the mixture evenly. Top with provolone slices and bake for 10-15 min or until cheese is melted.
