Beef Kabobs

1 1/2lbs. Nolan Ryan's All-Natural boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1-inch thick

3/4 cup A1 Classic Steakhouse Steak marinade, divided

1 package (8 oz.) mushrooms

1 medium red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

1 yellow or red bell pepper


Cut steak into 1-1/4 inch pieces. Combine beef and 1/4 cup steak marinade in large bowl; toss to coat. Cover; marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.

Alternately thread beef and vegetables onto twelve 8 to 10-inch metal skewers.

Place kabobs on grid over medium, ash-covered coals. Grill, uncovered, 10 to 12 minutes for medium-rare to medium doneness, turning occasionally and brushing with remaining steak marinade.

Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
