Nolan Ryan’s Beef Sizzles at Texas Restaurant Show

Hot from the grill, the smell of Nolan Ryan’s savory, all-natural burgers and steaks wafted through the air during the 2009 Southwest Foodservice Expo held June 28-30 at the Dallas Convention Center. As the largest foodservice tradeshow in the region, Expo brings together all aspects of the industry for three days of business, networking, and education. The Southwest Expo is sponsored by the Texas Restaurant Association.

“The Expo is a terrific opportunity for us to showcase Nolan Ryan’s All-Natural Beef and to demonstrate to chefs and the restaurant industry the incredible marketing opportunity by partnering with Nolan Ryan,” said Ted Lawson, VP Sales & Marketing.  

Cooking up samples and visiting with restaurant owners and chefs were Mysti Richardson, Chris Meighen, summer intern Cydney Glass, Ted Lawson, and Shellee Adkins.
