Ordering & Shipping
Our products are guaranteed to arrive in excellent condition. All meats are individually vacuum-packaged and flash frozen to lock in all the natural juices and flavor. We use plenty of dry ice and package your order in a reusable, insulated cooler. Finally, the container is placed in a heavy-duty corrugated box for an additional layer of protection.
To ensure the freshness of our products, all orders will be shipped overnight or 2-day within the United States’ lower 48 states (this excludes Alaska and Hawaii).
To better serve our customers, all orders will be processed within 72 hours. Overnight delivery is available Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. Processed orders can also be shipped 2-day delivery Monday through Wednesday. You will receive an email confirmation the date your order is shipped letting you know the estimated date of delivery and tracking information.
To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses. We’ll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
We recommend that someone is available to receive the package, as we cannot be responsible for packages left outside in extreme weather conditions or packages left at FedEX after attempted delivery.
You will be able to select shipping options and costs once you proceed to checkout and we have gathered your shipping information and the amount of product you are purchasing. All shipping charges are determined by weight and destination
of the package.
We appreciate you shopping with us! We hope we hit a home run every time, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase of any raw meat product prior to cooking, we will gladly refund your money or replace your order. If you have any questions regarding your purchase or our products, please contact us at email@example.com.
